Chakra Dancing® is a dance practice for body and soul. It is a powerful experience that will liberate you and energise you. It combines spontaneous dance, visualisation and music specifically created to promote that wonderful state of calm and vitality known as “well-being”.
Music is the key since it resonates deeply with each of the seven main chakras: the energy centres that integrate and regulate our physical, mental and emotional energies. Many of those who have experienced it claim that it has transformed their lives for the better; Others, simply that they enjoyed it enormously.
Chakra Dancing® is not about learning dance steps or routines. You dance with your eyes closed in a room with dim light. It is more like a dynamic and moving meditation. It’s completely about freedom of expression; there is no proper way to dance, as each one has its own rhythm and movement. Chakra Dancing® encourages people to dance for self-discovery and self-healing.
During menopause (before and after), hormonal imbalances lead us to experience a series of symptoms that can be treated with the continuous practice of Chakra Dancing®, since it is a wonderfully cathartic experience that grounds the energy and releases stress and emotions that build up in the body.
Chakra Dancing® balances the seven energy centres situated along the spine, stimulating the natural flow of energy or chi, through the chakras, the dance leads to physical and mental well-being, a workout for every woman who wants to enjoy a sense of freedom and relaxation.
HOW TO PREPARE:
- I recommend you wear comfortable clothes such as for sports or yoga
- A bottle of mineral water
- A small towel
- A yoga mat (if you have one)
IMPORTANT: Do not attend the appointment if you, or someone who lives with you, shows symptoms of Covid-19.
