You can make an appointment by booking through this website directly and paying in full. You will need to complete the online consultation form with your personal information and medical history.
You will receive an email confirmation with important information at time of booking and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellation Policy [48 hours]: Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending, for example, illness or adverse weather conditions. You can rearrange your appointment from your initial email confirmation or contact me direct on hola@marlenemontoyawalsh.com
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to attend an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will incur the charge for the full appointment. This is because I may not be able to fill your appointment slot and still need to cover my costs.
Late Arrivals: It is important that the agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. I appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little late or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine but I cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
Confidentiality: All client information and records will be safeguarded by The Conscious Woman Holistic Wellness and will remain confidential. Unless required to do so by law, I will not otherwise share, sell, or distribute any of the information you provide to me without your consent.
Consultation and client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.
I have put in place suitable physical and electronical procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online. I will retain your information for a reasonable period or if the law requires.

The Conscious Woman Holistic Wellness will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal items during your time here.
Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment to be performed and will be required to be present for the duration of the treatment in the room.
All the therapists working with children at The Conscious Woman Holistic Wellness are DBS checked.
The Conscious Woman Holistic Wellness holds the right to refuse any treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive or demonstrates inappropriate aggressive or sexual behaviour. Such behaviour may result in a total ban from my services and may also result in criminal proceedings.
The Conscious Woman Holistic Wellness provides treatments in a variety of forms but none of these modalities are a substitute for professional medical care or counselling. I will not diagnose, prescribe medication or medical treatments of any kind unless I am qualified to do so and will always recommend referral to a GP or other qualified medical specialist or practitioner.
You as the client have a duty to provide accurate and true medical and personal information, to the best of your knowledge, and to keep me up to date with details of any medication, symptoms, medical concerns, or treatments you are having investigated or undergoing treatment for.
I may refuse treatment to any client or part of the body with just and reasonable cause. We reserve the right to terminate any appointment at any time if we believe that it is not safe or in the client’s best interest to continue. Likewise, the client has the right to refuse, modify or terminate treatment at any time, regardless of prior consent given.

We do not make any commitment to update the material and we may experience delays in updating information on the website and products offered. We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, typos, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
