Our philosophy

Our body knows how to heal itself. Sometimes you just need to feel safe and supported. Most of us live life under constant stress and end up storing unresolved emotions, trauma, and unprocessed experiences that can manifest as physical pain. By using intuitive massage techniques, you can relax, feel more aware of your body, and heal it without forcing it.

Our approach

We use a combination of breathwork, guided imagery, meditation, sound, movement, deep tissue massage, stretching, active myofascial release, and energy work to help find relief from physical and/or emotional pain. The sessions can be emotional, relaxing, intense, and therapeutic.

Our environment

We have created a sensory experience to heal in an intimate and welcoming space. Soft sheets, plants, a calm environment, relaxing music, aromatic oils and intuitive body work, water, tea, snacks and natural products for personal care.

What to expect

Our sessions begin with a thorough research session, followed by an assessment and personalised therapy plan, plus aftercare recommendations to keep you feeling your best between appointments.

Comfy massage tables

Say goodbye to flat tables, squashed breasts, and stuffy noses. We use special orthopaedic body cushions, which allow you to lie down comfortably without any pressure. Fully adjustable to suit your needs for maximum comfort and optimal positioning.

No tipping

Let's skip the awkward tipping moment, shall we? This is not a spa and as professional certified therapists we do not accept tips. However, coming to see us regularly and recommending us to your friends will make us very happy!
